I saw this on the news. The lesson I take from this is not to buy a plain, black suitcase because you can't tell yours from someone else's! Mine are pretty different from others coming out so I can see them as soon as they drop. If someone tried to pick mine up it would be obvious to me whereas these poor people just thought the airline lost their bags.

If I were the person who worked baggage, I'd be hoping they get life for all the hassle the agent had to endure with angry customers.
