It depends on the station and seats avail, I guess. I see OAL's in biz often when cking history or our own flts. We seem to be quite generous as opposed to most other airlines. I don't see that happening on NW flts as I ck,, however. It's moot to us in that case but I monitor closely.
Some stations are adamant about policy--no matter the clothing.. We technically have NO DRESS CODE for our employee NRSA pax.
Ask HalTz--he's parent of commuter line employee under DL system and the French stations he deals with are not putting them up front.
