yes--IF you're an airline employee WITH access--if not, ID90 membership gives you the same access IF you don't have that access w/your airline.
The fare calculator came from ID90.com. I can guess but cannot confirm that the airlines that use it, bought it from ID90. I've used it for years before DL made it available to employees. It's nothing new to me but can be obtained by OALs that don't have it provided--they just have to pay. Ergo, I stand by my statement. It is NOT limited to the employees of participating airlines.

Or, for people who have access to myidtravel.com you can just go through the procedure of purchasing a eZED then once you get to the payment just back out.

The ID90.com calculator is fairly accurate, at least for pricing out buddy passes (DL employees). For buddy pass fares they do not add on fuel surcharges, so not sure if any ZED tickets get charged fuel surcharges or not.

Another option is booking a seat on your own airline to see how much taxes are then use the ZED fee chart (zone/milage) then add on the tax that your airline would have charged you, as taxes should be the same for all airlines.

The thing I do not like is the airports (central/south america?) that have some type of airport access charge that does not show up anywhere and if you did not know about it and do not have the CASH on you you will not get into the airport (Costa Rica and Guatemala do this)

Sam, talk with your son/daughter to either allow you access to id90.com (this will be for the calculator only, at least for DL) or have them look up prices for you.

It looks like the calculator is getting pretty limited as it does not look like it is giving prices for airlines with eZED's- before eZED's it would list a lot more airlines.

OK, I just tried like 5 different routings and all I could get is routes for DL. It did not show any other airlines. So maybe with myidtravel the id90 calculator will become a thing of the past.
