Thanks for the post, You maybe right, cos the agts in our office could not figure out what those charges were, just can say US is charging a lot of surcharge. will find a way to communicate wz head office to look into it.
If you are in ticketing/billing dept of AA maybe you can try to type in the above itin see whether US is filing wrong ZED fare with surcharge. I had issued few ZEd tkt last yr and none of them had surcharge.
