As someone put it earlier, SQ own staff don't receive a very good travel package. Can't expect SQ to give OAL employees more than they give their own. Plus, SQ knows they have a great product to offer and people, including airline employees,
are willing to pay for it.
NZ have big fringe benefit taxation issues which if they lower the staff fares, can dramatically affect their bottom line. Even ZED High is an exception for them and they likely only did that due to pressure from STAR partners. There is a difference between ZH and ID90, ZH is generally less expensive (especially on simple itineraries) than ID90. Again, because of the tax laws, NZ need the fare to be higher.
