    Default Oneworld agrees to ZL

Finally, as of March 1st we will get ZL on our partner oneworld carriers.

Of course the exceptions include QF which will remain ZM - the main carrier I use! Such is life as they say.

Still an appreciated move.... now if only we had the C class benefits like Star Alliance do

Indeed: OneWorld doesnt seem like very generous for the employees of the airlines in their alliance...

Don't know about the C class benefits you mention for STAR alliance airlines though: not all STAR airlines give us C class seats either.

Not that I'm aware of, just the usual nonrev karma. Then again, I work at a tiny station with single-class CR2s.

At US (STAR) we can purchase a Business Zed fare for LH and LX (those two are the only ones for know). Again if C has seats and you hold one of those passes they will put you in business. We have low zed with AC, UAL, LH, LX, CO, NH, OS. Surprisingly with NZ its a high ZED.

    Regards,

You're lucky you can get a ZED with NZ....CO only has ID90....

Is there actually a big difference between ID90 and a ZH fare, other than that you have flexibility when it comes to the date you actually fly?

As far as I know, we can only buy C-class ZED tickets on LH/LX/OS/BD and also on EY, but that's it, although it seems that is already quite something then, especially the Etihad one.

LH employees are fortunate in that they have ZED agreements with legacy carriers large and small in all corners of the world (except SQ of course). Within Star its all ZL barring NZ. I'd hazard that 30 to 40% of all the agreements also have a C-class option, including those pesky (from management's point of view) Gulf carriers

So you guys at LH don't have an agreement with SQ neither?
Weird! Seems nobody in STAR is able to get a ZED on them... why are they so strict on it?

BTW, ever since LH bought into SN, we get a lot of extra advantages from you guys (like the C class stuff), which is always welcome of course.
No wonder I've started using LH as my preferred non-rev airline! Too bad the flyzed website is a bit outdated and not showing all the load details in full, but other than that, I do like LH as a non-rev pax: there's absolutely no hastle flying them and what's more, they even check through luggages, something you don't often see done.

SQ is ID75 with most, not even worth it. The benefits for their staff here aren't even that great!
