BTW--in case anyone is still confused--GE is for passport control, then you take the receipt and walk thru customs, showing it.
When the CBP queues contain 400 people, it's a very good way to bypass all of them. I have yet to return to the US via major airports with no one in line at immigration (passport control). Worth every penny in my book.
