I flwe them back in May. I had no issues, except they flat out will NOT upgrade OAL employees. They won't even upgrade their own people, excepting deadheading Capt/FO. I had really good service tho. They hold you at ticket counter until the flight closes, then they will clear you if there's seats which means you have to run like heck to get thru Customs, etc.
