Default When to or not complain

Hey, listen to this one. I have no beef riding first class especially as a non-rev type. But what is the proper thing to do when you get a steak that is like RAW? It seems to me that the airlines, likes to serve steak from rare to medium rare and nothing else. Is this protocol? I like my hamburgers and steaks about BURNED. But WELL DONE will do. I got the dinner served along with chicken which was well cooked, but I chucked the slab of steak aside and didn't bother to eat that. I didn't say anything about it either, but then I started to think. Is this what our customers get served and should something be said about this? I know if I was a paying member in FC I would say something about it. I mean like I cut the meat with the knife, and see blood in this thing. So being the polite nonrev that I am and fortunate enough to ride in first, I guess I'll just keep my mouth shut and let the other FC riders pitch the gripes and complains to the FA's.

You will not enjoy Argentina where beef (usually med rare-med) is king.

I probably would've done the same thing and not said anything unless asked why I didn't touch the beef.

I've been to Argentina and had all kinds of beef there. Never an issue with under cooked beef. They always asked me how I liked it cooked. Just that in the first class airlines, or maybe THIS airline, I have come to notice that this seems protocol. They figure steak should only be cooked one way. Medium rare. Not this kid. I'll pass and keep the mouth shut.
