Sky Harbor is probably going to drop a bit since we are renovating 1 of the runways. It is causing delays for at least a month.

The good news is that it is supposed to be completed before the middle of the month. The closure started the beginning of October.

Just thinking about the last time I was at PHX, it wasn’t pretty – bumped off the same flight TWICE!
So going fully prepared this time. Need a hotel near PHX with a shuttle and if things go completely south, a close by off airport car rental site ( not paying those sky high taxes)

    Thanks

Edited to ask - UBER at PHX?

There is UBER at PHX as far as I know. The light rail is a great idea as well. You can take it (with a transfer) directly from the airport to either downtown Phoenix or Tempe near the university.

Light rail from the airport, what an idea, living in LA I forget there is such a thing. Thanks
