Default Questions about ZED travel booked through MyIDTravel

    1. Has anyone booked ZED through MyIDTravel?
    2. How was your experience? I hate not being able to see the loads.
    3. Say I book travel on Southwest Airlines (approx $50/leg), can I check in online or go to the counter at the airport to be issued a ticket?
    4. If I don't get onto the flight, how do I get reimbursed the cost?

I work for a regional. My only experience with MyIDTravel is that I have to book my AA travel through it (priority shows up as ZED). It's like $1.50/leg and that is a MyIDTravel fee. I pay for it on the website. My login and URL for this is different that logging in directly through MyIDTravel.com

    Thank you.

Yes many times, never had any problems. Thanks to this forum you can have sometimes some loads information. I always got my tickets refunded when I did not used them. The only way to access myidtravel is through my employee website.

I use myidtravel often. For southwest you will not be able to check in online but you can use a kiosk or see an agent. If you don't get on and don't travel, go back to myidtravel and request a refund. It will show up in a few days. Note for southwest, if you check in and don't travel, you need to wait until the following day to request a refund or it will cause problems. There are southwest employees here who can check loads for you.

I've used it many times since my airline doesn't have a lot of flights from my home city. Easy to use and you can always check the flight loads with someone on this website. Refunding unused tickets is pretty easy and the money comes back fairly quickly.
