    Default 2 destinations 1 goal

IAH vs MIA. Boeing vs Airbus. AA vs UA. Same airport. Gates just opposite each other.

Why are all these people flying today. Shouldn't they already be home for Xmas

End goal is FRA. I'd prefer MIA. My flight out of there is confirmed with my annual vacation pass.

Hate this mix of stanby and confirmed

IAH means standbying all over again. But loads are favourable. Ultimately want to be out of the sun and in the cold for Xmas. Irony of ironies

OK. Seems like boarding for MIA about to start which means standby acceptance.

Lets see how things play out

    Middle seat.

But dont exhale. Dont ask UA to take me off the wait list.

An NI delay. Do others use that term, NI. Well my airline does and it means "we haven't a clue when we'll take off" . So just chill and wait on the Next Info. Seems to be technical

So long as not cancelled, should have more than enough time for connex in MIA

Looks like you made it with 1 seat to spare. Don't know the reason for the delay. Safe travels!
