I’ve heard about overcrowding at some of the Centurion Clubs but the complaint was about kids - lots and lots of kids. All I can say is, if the AMEX rep was quoted accurately when he/she said” Quite a few non-passengers and people without tickets have been using the (MIA) lounge”, then there’s a huge problem with security at MIA period.
