My understanding is that they are actually banning flights coming from Europe for the next 30 days the same way they did for flights from China. Not enough warning, imo, but I can see the reasoning. Expect to see a flood of people going to/from LHR for the foreseeable future (at least until those flights are stopped as well).

Thanks for you answer. Not too much info indeed, except LH who said they maintain some flights FRA/ORD for exemple.
