Hi Steve welcome to the forum.
Matt's right on target, nonrevving during the holidays is tough and add to that traveling out of DFW with a group (something I'm very familiar with) sounds to me like a perfect storm. My suggestion would be to push your trip back to January and even then expect some of your group to be bumped. Trust me, DFW is rough on non-revs
