I'm planning our first trip to Denver. (probably driving) Would like some 'must see' suggestions and maybe a place to get a good omelet.
    Thanks

try the walnut cafe. It is a diner divy kind of place but good food at a good price. They have Quiche of the day along with different kinds of omelets. Also Pete's Kitchen. simular but with a Greek flare. Both are off Colfax ave near the capital building so maybe on a day when you are planning to tour downtown stop there for breakfast first. They are both very busy on Sundays after the church crowd gets out.

    Have fun
