Thread: hotels in hollywood california

Could you give me an idea of what you want to see in the Hollywood-Sunset Strip area? I ask because there are areas of Hollywood that have lost their Tinsel Town sparkle and I wouldn't want you to be disappointed. [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif[/img] My suggestion would be to stay in West Hollywood or the Universal Studios area and drive down to the Strip.
I've heard good things about the Beverly Garland Holiday Inn www.beverlygarland.com and the Sheraton Universal, both offer 50% airline discount. Good buzz about the Summerfield-West Hollywood and I know the Wyndham chain is offering airline discounts now, but I doubt the rooms would run much under $100. (You might post Jay, San Antonio corr. for Wyndham info) Let me know what your plans are and I'll do some checking.
