I'm not surprised that you haven't had too much trouble .. I am assuming that you hold a US passport. Its not the staffing levels that is the problem its normally the way they are allocated ... e.g. Denver last year .. US passports and Green Cards .. 5 desks for about 50 pax / non-US passports .. 2 desks for 200 pax .
