About LinkBacksIt looks as though 60% to 70% of all Delta and Delta Connection flights out of CVG are overbooked. With few exceptions, it is impossible to fly non-rev out of CVG. The ATL/CVG and CVG/ATL flights are next to impossible to get on.

Blame it on management
