Hi all -- from my times flying between DCA and LGA on the DL shuttle, it seems that each time I check in my standby priority pass says FY for class (obviously being first class and coach).

For OAL non-revs, does Delta let them standby for First or is it on the pass only for the cases when Coach is full?

I've been very lucky on Delta in terms of getting put in First, so am essentially wondering if this is the airline's policy or based purely on the generosity of the gate agents?

Appreciate your help on this "just curious" question.
