Hello fellow non-revvers. Every year, I try to get a few of my buds together and take a break from the wives and kids for a few days every year to go skiing/snowboarding together for a bit of male bonding. This year, we are choosing to make it coincide with the winter olympics. We've lucked out and got a condo right outside the Whistler Olympic Village at a place called Whiski Jack. Unfortunately, we're a little slim this year as this year’s planned 5-some has all-of-a-sudden become a 3-man expedition - and this is after one of the guys already paid his condo deposit (ouch). If you are looking to go to Vancouver/Whistler during the games, we've suddenly got an extra bed and we'll be happy to add a new guy or two to the crew. The 3 of us live in metro Atlanta and are in our upper 30s/lower 40s in real years, but kids at heart who enjoy a good time. With this being the Olympics, we do plan on mingling with the crowd when not on the slopes. We're all intermediate skiers (and I'm an advanced beginner snowboarder). If you flexible fliers need a ride up or a place to crash, we're driving up from Seattle on Feb 19 and flying back out on Feb 26. Care to tag along? Just let a brother know and we can probably fit you in. Sociopaths need not apply please .

1st night's pics loaded in the gallery. Haven't hit the slope yet, but the night life up here in Whistler is pretty wild. Will ski/snowboard/watch the downhill races this afternoon.

I'm surprised you were able to non rev in/out of YVR. We keep getting bombarded with notices not to bother due to the high volume of pax!

Actually flew into SEA and drove up. My friends purchased tickets, so SEA was definitely the cheaper way to go for them.
