Just as you said about the dates, it's not for peak season, as valid dates for the Quick Start program are from the respective resort opening day - 12/24/09, 1/3/10 - 2/12/10, and 3/28/10 until the respective resort closing day 2010. On Delta, when boarding the aircraft, non-revvers usually exchange our seat request for small seat assignment paper with the gate agent. I try to get to the gate a little early and explain to the agent that I'd like a full sized boarding pass if I make the flight. Once you get to Park City, you go to the resort ticket booth and give them the full-sized boarding pass and the printed copy of your Quick Start approval. You then ski for free. I usually try to make a day trip out of it and return home later in the evening. So to maximize slope time, I reserve the rental car ahead of time so I can skip the counter and have my printouts in pocket. SLC has body scanners. So bring regular pants. Going through the body scanner with multi-pocketed ski pants is a pain.
