Howdy all! I've been meaning to post my introduction for being a correspondent for a while now, and here I am. Let's see here.. for those that don't already know, I'm Brian and to tell the truth I'm really a wannabe nonrevver. Random trips out of MSP, whether it was as far out as HNL or ANC, or just to visit my girlfriend near EAU without paying $40 in gas anytime I wanted was absolutely AWESOME, and made for the best summer I've ever had. Now I've been trying for the longest time to get a job at EAU, where I go to school, but nothing is opening up right now (it has, and I would have had a chance, but I couldn't train when they needed me due to school). In the meantime, I might just get a job with some general aviation stuff at the airport, probably for the company that rents and stores smaller planes. No nonrev abilities, but maybe they'll let me sit in for ground school classes for a private pilot's license.

Otherwise, right now I'm going to school at University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in Eau Claire, WI (now do you know what EAU is? :P ). Finishing up my 4th year, but still have another year and a half to go. Software engineering and geography majors along with a Spanish Business minor (which I mostly worked on in SVQ) takes a while :P . Having worked at MSP directly, I know of pretty much every airport that they fly to out of MSP (which is obviously focused on the midwest) and a good number of places beyond.

Anyway, if you're traveling in or through the region, I'm happy to give advice. In the meantime, here's a guide that might help: 'Midwest' Discovered Between East And West Coasts | The Onion - America's Finest News Source
