WestJet will deploy its incoming fleet of B767-300(ER)s into service on domestic Canadian flights beginning this August. The widebody aircraft, Westjet's first, will begin flights on the YYZ-YYC rotation effective August 2.

Thereafter, the four ex-Qantas jets will begin flights from YYC and YEG to HNL and OGG this December with additional longhaul routes expected to be unveiled later year.
