WizzAir always makes it onto the list of worst airline names ever.

Others on the worst airline names list:

    Carpatair (Romania) Flying carpets anyone?
    Hooters (US)
    Jazz (Canada)
    Mango (South Africa)
    Peach (Japan)
    Song (US)

My nomination for the worst airline name ever
TED (US) I know some focus group probably thought the name was clever - using the last three letters of UNITED - but I just always wondered when we were going to meet “UNI”
Plus it didn’t help that United used this strange “Who’s TED?” campaign to promote the airline.
Brian you were probably in high school.

Crazy how time flies. Reviewing my manifest today and I pointed out the pax w/ 1992 DOB seated in the exit row and reminded my customer rep that pax must be at least 15 to occupy exit row........she reminded me it's currently 2013...pax is 21 years old........I guess maybe I'm getting old
