Only people getting there are military, military contractors, or scientist or people with just alot of money to do that cruise there. I think it's easier to get to Antarctica than Diego Garcia. I doubt GATES couldn't even pay to get to Diego Garcia. Maybe he could pay to go to the Chagos Archipelago, but not in Diego Garcia.
