Interesting "FEE CHART" for a CHL in the state of Texas. These fees were recently revised, the one time fee and renewal fee has gone down considerably for certain peace officers and veterans of the armed forces. 25 bucks for initial and 25 bucks for a renewal every 4 years. That's out of a possible 140 initial and 70 renewal for those without discounts. If you are a veteran of the armed forces, they will put a VETERAN designator in red letters on your concealed gun license.
