    Default Jalepeno's stuffed with dynamite

Well, literally. Have been having this serious allergy with stuffed nose, congestion, just compounded more with Texas heat, and air conditioning, nasty stuff. Hit a Mexican joint yesterday, wanted some stuffed Jalepeno's. Mexican waiter tells me they don't serve stuffed Jalepeno's from the menu but that he could tell the cook to make me some. Asked me how many. I said give me four. He comes out with four GIANT stuffed jalepenos, with meat and cheese stuffed in there. To my surprise, I take a bite, and HOLY SMOKES, I thought my tongue and lips blew off. My nose started running and I commenced to hack, eyes, nose were like "A river runs through it". Not to mention I was sweating in the airconditioned place and I could feel the top of my head the pores opening up. Holy moly, what a relief. Forget all that crap they sell at the pharmacy to loosen up congestion. The cook left those stuffed Jalepeno's with the seeds in them and they were brutal. Eventually, I had to split them open and take the seeds out just ate the pepper itself and as though that wasn't hot enough by itself. Obviously, I took the other three home.
OK, so today still feeling the congestion, I put one in the microwave, and repeated the process. A river ran through my eyes, and nose again, hacked up the loosened up particles and WOW. Do I feel much better. I even did another Jalepeno, so I'm now down to one left for tomorrow. My wife was telling me that her uncle back in the Philippines didn't believe in medicine, would take a bunch of peppers, and eat them whenever he had a cold or flu and every time, he was cured by them. Like take a handful and just stuff them.
I gotta hand it to the Mexican waiter and cooks. They don't mess around, they know exactly what the doctor ordered. It's like going to the Chinese Restaurant and telling momoson you have a cold, she'll know exactly the soup you need. Works every time. The waiter himself after seeing the jalepenos he brought me, ordered one for himself. He said he eats them down seed and all. Remember this next time you come down with congestion. For Mexican remedy, go with a HOT JALEPENO and for Chinese remedy, its WON TON soup, but I prefer the hot and sour soup.
