Thread: What dish haunts your dreams?

I recently was in Chicago and of course had deep dish pizza and it‘s culinary partner in crime a Chicago dog - whether it’s the way the tomato sauce and mozzarella ooze, or the lack of a steamed poppy seed encrusted hot dog bun, something is just off about “Chicago style pizza” or “Chicago dogs” anyplace else.
Which leads me to this question:
What food/dish haunts your dreams? What food will have you getting on a plane??


BTW, there’s one more dish that has me checking loads - charbroiled oysters Drago’s Restaurant, New Orleans. I stop and eat before I even check-in.
