    YAY!!!
    What are you eating today? I'm thinking spaghetti Carbonara using pepper bacon OR applewood smoked bacon cheeseburgers--thick-sliced, of course. I have both bacon types in the freezer at all times!

    Right there with you M7, applewood smoked butcher cut bacon, preferably cooked on a grill next to a sirloin and ground chuck patty - the basic fixings for a terrific bacon whiskey burger.
