Thread: Middle Seat Revolution

As non-revs we know only too well the middle seat smush. Well the smush may soon be a thing of the past because the revolution of cabin lay-out has finally gotten to the middle seat. The seat designed for narrow body aircraft, is wider (3in.), sits further back and at a slightly lower height, plus there's a sliding feature (easy access)

Supposedly a North American airline (rumor mill says Spirit) has ordered the new seats to outfit 50 planes with the new configuration.
You know if this catches on we could actually see an end to the armrest wars, not to mention a premium fee for a middle seat
