Mardi Gras - 2023
OK it's time to break out the masks & the beads - Fat Tuesday is Feb. 21, but Mardi Gras season is already underway and I don't care what that guy selling charms on Canal said - there is no non-revving in/out of MSY during Mardi Gras. Plus I would like to add loads out of airports like LFT are fraught with wild load swings, and Dallas is not an 8 hour drive.

Tuesday's celebrations start with a good breakfast. Shrimp and grits with sweet potato fries, King Cake pancakes and of course beignets & chicory coffee.
