Personally, I can easily see WN growing like a weed in there, especially if they can strike a good deal with the airport (which they have plenty of incentive to do). Only issue I see is that it's mostly the Express flights being cut out by UA (for now) and there's no way you can get a 737 in a lot of those gates.
