    No enhanced toolbar is visible for me.
    Have not been able to upload photos in some time now......

    Yeah I know. To display images you have to link to an image stored on a publicly accessible server like PhotoBucket.

    What is photobucket? Is it free? I was checking it out but I didn't want to sign up for it. Is this something like you put your pictures in there and everyone in the WWW can see these?

    I don't believe that photobucket charges anything, or even requires registration. Personally, I like imgur: the simple image sharer - it started as "an image uploading site that doesn't suck" and has done a pretty darn good job of doing that.
