as far as i can remember the drive from dowtown to the airport took about 1h.depending on the traffic-but in eze there is always a lot of traffic!
don't remember the costs.but if you go from the airport to downtown it is a flat rate.
in downtown eze i never felt unsafe-neither in the sub nor at night!
