We stayed at the WILTON. I can't remember the street. It was some 50 bucks a night. You can probably do better online. Try the COLON hotel. They offered me a great rate one time, but I didn't go until later, and the good rate disappeared. Colon is in some great location, lots of busy streets. What to do in BA? Buddy, just take your feet and walk around. That is all you need to do. Its great. From there, you can even take subways to get around town. Just explore on your own. Don't even need to leave the city. Great food, great steak, great wine, great pizza's, great EVERYTHING. You are going to love it.

I have never heard of EL CALAFATE. I never left BA. I stayed there for about 5 days. When you get to the city, you will see why. EVERYTHING IS THERE. But the main issue for me in BA is FOOD FOOD and MORE FOOD.

Hi Nadav and welcome,

We would love to have Tel Aviv report in the forum. Many of our community members would benefit. Just let us know the best places for interliners to stay and the best food and activities.

Be sure to start it in a new post though. TIA!

We went to Senior Tangos one night, free pick-up. The steak was as big as a hub cap, all the red wine you wanted. The show was very nice also...

All the hotels Avenida de Mayo are clean and cheap, the location is great. I stayed at the Ritz (sic) nice spacious rooms, honest breakfast included a little noise from the street.
To eat an incredible buffet The Grants Las Heras, Av. 1925 - Ciudad de Buenos Aires Tel: 4801-9099, so cheap for what you get.
Campo dei Fiori
Julián Álvarez 299 - more expensive than above but so good.
Cafe Tortoni Av De Mayo, a must.
Go to Tigre 30 minutes away by train.

Hi Z,

If you think that's a link that all nonrevs would benefit from, you can submit it via the "Services" link at the top of the forum. I think maybe Internet Resources/Travel Guides might be the best spot. You can include a description and give it a rating. After it's approved and included in the Services Directory, you can even come back and write a review.
