    Default Bags Fly Free, But Not Punches...

    A passenger was arrested at MDW for allegedly punching an airline employee.

    Southwest Airlines said the man punched an employee at the gate after missing his flight.

    An off-duty police officer waiting to board a flight grabbed the man and held him until police arrived. Charges are pending.

    How many punches ?? Will he be charged for the first punch or does he get that free and then is charged for each subsequent punch ??? or is he charged for each punch on an increasing scale ??
