Oh hell, before I 'discovered' the joys of THE MIDDLE SEAT - I would have been happy flying as AVIH -at least that part of the hold is pressurized and heated now!

Actually, after spending a few hours sitting like Tutankhamen (arms wrapped protectively around my breasts to keep them from being elbowed into new and interesting shapes) AVIH or standing wouldn't be so bad!
