Even though you may have read the posts in the old forum, they're all showing as unread since you've not read them here on the new board. When you first get on this board, look at the dates on the right to help you identify all the most current posts you've not read. Once you're satisfied you've got 'em all, go to the main page and scroll down to the bottom and see the links on the right just between the last forum and the board statistics. You should see a link that says "Mark all posts as read". Select that one and it will mark all posts as read. You'll see that the left side icons become grayed out - that shows them as read. Next time you return, you'll recognize right away that you only need to revisit the ones where the icons are darkened again - that shows there's new posts since you were last here.
