    DM, Departure Management Card, usually means passengers with confirmed reservations but no seats, upgrade list, passengers trying to standby for an earlier flight and non rev employees. You should be able to print it off online, I wish Delta had a system where employees could check in at home like UA, I just hate how UA hits your wallet when you fly FC or C class on them, I remember ORD-NRT was $350 FC and $250 C Class OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!

    well, It's only $35 RT DTW/HKG on 777L with flatbed pods (if avail in Biz elite) I'd call that a trade-off of sorts...
