Funny thing about how layoffs work around here. Seems like they would hire more people to cover a layoff. I know that sounds wierd, but sort of like cooking the books. Like...need to layoff 600 people system wide, but last month, they hired 700 people in the event of a layoff. (Don't ask me how that works?)
