I'm a Delta Airline employee, how can I get flight benefits from the other carriers even for a low cost?
What's my option on local and international ?

See your airline's travel agreement. They all are different.

Go to the deltanet website and start with employee connection--just work thru all the links and pull-down options.
We have zed tickets (see article here on forum) and ID % off tickets available. Many of our zeds are e-tickets now.
Give yourself and hour or two to play thru the options. You can start bookings and opt out at the end to actually buy a ticket, just to get the $ and schedule.

Mostly standby, but DL has some confirmed ticket options w/discounts.
