Hands down Singapore Air. I understand their coach is better than most domestic business class!
I have several business friends who work/travel Asia and they LOVE Singapore. One has flown Cathay FC, but I was terribly disappointed (my leg was NRT/HKG tho, so it wasn't the transpac long haul) with their busness class.
Have a great time!!! I bet it will be worth a ruined month's schedule.
