When I first read the story I was baffled about how bad things were . BUT then I saw interviews on Bloomberg and the majority of people were saying it wasn't that bad. Some even said that the FULL refund and a additional $500USD was fair..

Ok, but whom where they interviewing? I am sure an unemployed individual with no real hurry to get home may think 500 bucks is the jack pot, but someone that earns more than 500 bucks per day is actually LOSING money. Like self employed people or professionals. I bet if you took a poll, the majority of the people were very unhappy about it.
