not sure how training at ATL is handled, at PBI we do RR training on the job, starting off with the Kiosk and basic customer service issues moving up to ticketing and more difficult international later on...you will learn that ACS KM (Airport Customer Service Knowledge Management) on DeltaNet will be your best friend, learn to navigate that and you will be able to do anything!!!
