Just spoke with the Pass bureau and that is the agreement--Priorty Code S3D. She mention that Delta is good for upgrading non-revs. I just want a seat dont care where it is. Yes it is difficult non-reving out of BKK. Always have a back-up plan. CI/BR/Klm airlines works great for that.
That is still very strange that you can displace a DL employee's buddy pass rider, when we don't have that priority on AS on a zed as DL employees. Have at it, havoc and create a great trip! If you need a really good spa in BKK in the embassy area, let me know!
