About LinkBacksGeographically speaking, I'm surprised the reverse isn't true - 1x weekly to ATL and daily to MSP. That is a VERY rich area, though. If you want a ski home, I feel like the general rule of thumb is $1M/bedroom + $250K-1M depending on quality
