Thread: Ideas on how to get to Salzburg from the US?

Hi guys,

I will be trying to non-rev to Salzburg on March 10th or 11th.

Flying on AA, so my options are limited. Easiest entry point into Europe is LHR...from there I could ZED to MUC and take a train....I could also fly on AA to CDG, ZRH, FRA, MAD, BCN...and a few other places, all requiring me to ZED to either SZG or MUC and then take a train.

My question for you guys is to find out if you have any suggestions for easy/cheapest ways to get there?

Another option is Ryanair out of STN but that would require me to probably spend a night in London etc.
