Hi! With carry-on only you should be able to proceed to the transfer desk once you go through immigration. If you are short on time you can go directly to the gate and the staff there can put you on the standby list once you have your ticket/booking reference. You shouldn't have to go through baggage...Lufthansa have several transfer desks in the arrivals area. Enjoy your trip!
