Thread: getting my refund back from a cancelled hotel reservation

Hello Non-Rev network. Just wondering, I booked a hotel reservation at the aqua hotel&spa in honolulu but I had to cancel the reservation due to the flights not looking good. Who and where does the money that was taken off my bank card come from? Who do I call? I called the hotel this morning and they didn't have no recolection of my reservation. I just want the money that was taken off my card put back into my account. Any information would be very helpful. And I am surprised that this website doesn't have a customer service line number for inquiries like this. Thank you.
